Cartledge Creek Baptist Church

What To Expect

What’s happening?

Sunday School is available for all ages, beginning at 9:30 AM.  A nursery is provided for children from birth to 2 years old.  There are three classes for kids:  3yo-Kindergarteners, 1st-3rd graders, and 4th-6th graders.  Teens from 7th-12th grade meet downstairs.  We currently have 7 classes for adults.  Call ahead or just ask when you arrive – We’ll be happy to help you find something that suits you.
Our weekly worship time begins at 11 AM in the sanctuary upstairs.  You can enter through either of the covered porch entrances.  Our congregation comes from a variety of backgrounds, so we aim to provide a worship setting that incorporates a variety of tastes.  On any given Sunday, we may sing along with piano and organ or guitar and drums or all of the above.   You’re sure to hear a sermon that unpacks Scripture piece by piece, because we believe that all of the Bible is worth studying and applying to our lives.  Just before the sermon, children ages 3 – 2nd grade are invited to Children’s Church for their own mini-worship service that includes teaching, singing, and a game or craft.

What should I wear?

Wear whatever you’re comfortable wearing to church. Some of us wear a coat and tie every now and then, some of us wear jeans, and some of us wear jeans with a blazer. Some of us wear dresses, some of us wear pants. Our pastor doesn’t wear a tie very often. Be yourself.

Where do I go?

If you’ve never been to our building, come in through one of the covered porch doors on the upper level. The entrance with the wheelchair ramp will bring you into a lobby where you can meet a friendly face.

Bible Study for youth and adults – Youth group meets on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 and adult Bible study is currently held via Facebook Live on Wednesdays at 7:00.
